service which delivers favorable results. Upon receipt of the
Account Placement
the
debtor will be contacted by phone and mail from our collection staff
as many times as required to get the matter resolved. All our
collectors are highly skilled and thoroughly trained to work within
the guidelines of the
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Our rates are very competitive as well as simple to understand.

STEP 1:
Complete the Client Agreement Form.
Also, complete the HIPAA Agreement Form if you are submitting Medical Accounts.
These forms can be found in the right-hand column.

Once we have these on file, you may just skip to Step 2.
STEP 2:
Choose a method of
submission.
Online -
Simply choose one of the two links below to start
entering your placements. Please note on the Placement screen
there will be a login screen. This is where you will create
you account profile. You will also have the option to save
your login information to ease future placements.
You will receive an instant email confirmation and we will begin to work the account immediately.
To enter more than 1 placement, hit "Continue"

- Click on the appropriate
Placement type and save to your computer. Type in the
Placement data into the Excel Spreadsheet. We can also accept
data exported from your system. Once completed, click on the
E-Mail link below and attach your file to create.

on the image below to download. Print the from your computer and
enter the Placement Information. Send to the Fax Number or Mailing Address listed below.
